- Talking to friends and family
- Reading self-help books
- Browsing on the Internet for information
- Thinking it through ourselves
- Sweeping it under the rug
- Taking different actions
Any one of the above is a healthy strategy. We all have our own ways of dealing with situations in life. That’s an innate ability we all possess. The only question is how effective our strategies are. Are these strategies serving us well and helping us achieve our goals? If they are, that’s awesome. But if they are not, then it’s time to look for alternatives.
